Morrison Reeves Library was my hometown library that I grew up in. The realtionship that I had with them was very reciprocal because if I wanted a book, I had to go there to get it so I was benefitting, however they benefitted as well because if I had late fees, they got all the profit from that. Also, they had the ability to track the literacy materials because they have a database showing who has what book checked out and when it is due back, so they knew where it was at all times. Along with this, I consider many of the librarians, or the library as a whole, to have influenced my literacy development. Patriarchy plays a role in this because all of the librarians were females and this is because a librarian is viewed as a female job and they are the ones who aided to my development.
